All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment is confirmed. Please note that processing may take slightly longer during major sales or holiday periods. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer a range of reliable shipping options to suit your needs:

  • Express Shipping: 5-7 business days

6. Customs & Import Duties

For international orders, please note that additional customs fees, import duties, or taxes may be applied by your country's customs authority. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in your order total or shipping fees.

7. Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at the time of order placement. We are unable to modify shipping addresses once an order has been processed. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees will apply for reshipment.
