Refund/ Retum Policy
At SheTalksGlam, we want you to love every piece you order. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help with a straightforward return and refund process.
1. Returns Eligibility

Items must be returned within 30 days from the date of delivery.

Products must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on final sale items, including lingerie, swimwear, and accessories, unless faulty.
2. How to Initiate a Return
To start your return:

Log in to your account and visit the "Order History" section.

Select the item(s) you wish to return and complete the return request form.

Once approved, you will receive a return authorization email with instructions and a prepaid shipping label (if applicable).

Pack the item securely in its original packaging, include the completed return form, and ship it to the address provided.
3. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.

Sale items are eligible for store credit or exchange only.
4. Exchanges
We currently offer exchanges for store credit. If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please return the original item for credit and place a new order on our website.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at shetalksglam@outlook.com with your order number and photos of the product. We will arrange a free return and issue a full refund or exchange, including return shipping costs.
6. International Returns
Customers outside of our main shipping regions may be responsible for return shipping costs and any applicable customs fees. We recommend using a tracked shipping service for all returns.
7. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned unless defective:

Swimwear and lingerie (for hygiene reasons)

Earrings and other pierced jewelry

Custom-made or personalized items

Final sale items marked at checkout
